Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

POSITION INFORMATION: Independently removes trash and cleans parking garages and lots.

 
1.      Disposal. Disposes of trash and waste products.
 
2.      Cleaning. Cleans parking garage flooring, curbs and stairwells.
 
3.      Operation of Equipment. Operates various equipment to include but not limited to a drivable sweeper, high pressure power washer, leaf vacuum and snow plow.
 
4.      Snow and Ice Removal. Clears ice and snow from sidewalks, streets, and parking areas using hand tools and/or heavy equipment.
 
5.      As needed. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Valid Oklahoma Driver's License

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to operate drivable sweeper, high pressure power washer, leaf vacuum, and snow plow.


Working Conditions:

Must be able to work on feet, and outside in the elements for duration of shift.
