Office Assistant

Assist with daily office activities which includes:

- Answering calls and directing to appropriate representative.

- Helping customers with payments, simple transaction requests, and other changes.

- Calling client base to set appointments for policy reviews.

- Assist other representatives where needed.

Cashier positions wanted.

Cashier: Manage transactions (in person and online orders), prep to-go plates, prep side dishes such as salads and sauces.

Dishwasher: Wash dishes and kitchen utensils.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Over 25,000 participants are expected for the 25th OKC Memorial Marathon. Over 3,000 volunteers are needed to make this event successful. Below are some basic responsibilities of the position.

Recruit volunteers, maintain volunteer database and handle volunteer communications
Assist with inventory and procurement
Assist with Marathon newsletters
Answer Marathon questions and update website with FAQs
Help solve Race Weekend issues and conflicts
Attend Marathon planning meetings (February 12, March 12, April 9 & 23)
Other duties as needed

*Must be available to work Marathon Race Weekend April 25-27* The weekend of the event requires a lot of moving materials and equipment and is very physical and demanding. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Workdays are 12+ hours on your feet Race Weekend.

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the "Face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the impression we make. 

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easygoing personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. 

The goal is to make guest and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
• Greet and welcome guest
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirct or take message
• Receive letters,package etc
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place order when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Monitor office expenses and costs
