Work Schedule:
Very flexible around OU class schedules. Must be available at least three days per week for 4-hour shifts between 3:00-8:00 PM, Monday through Friday or two full days per week from 2:00-7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If applying to work in Summer, Saturday Availability is a plus, but not required.

Join Mathnasium and make a difference! We’re looking for sharp, confident math tutors who can:

  • Communicate and build real relationship with students
  • Be thoughtful and precise with their words
  • Learn how to teach Math using the Mathnasium Method
  • Be passionate about inspiring growth in others
  • At Mathnasium, you’ll help make math make sense to each student you work with while creating a fun, uplifting space filled with encouragement and success.
Minimum Qualifications:
In order to join our team you will need: -Strong communication skills -A positive, welcoming, and friendly default attitude -Solid math skills (you’ll need to pass an employment exam roughly equivalent to College Algebra)
Preferred Qualifications:
We value -Previous tutoring experience (formal or informal) in any subject -Strong academic performance in math coursework -Previous work experience that demonstrated social intelligence and interpersonal skills -Life experiences reflecting personal growth and resilience
