What You'll Do:

Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, high-energy classes that boost character, cognitive, and physical skills, for kids walking through 11 years old.

Curriculum Master: Understand and clearly communicate the magic behind KidStrong's science-backed programs.

Stellar Growth: Achieve Coach Certification and continuously level up your skills with our top-tier training programs.

Family Champion: Create positive, engaging interactions with families before, during, and after class.

Smooth Operator: Ensure every class runs smoothly and on time.

Lead the Way: Coach classes, camps, parents night out, parties, and jump in to support any center activity.
Minimum Qualifications:
We want to hear from people who have : Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children. Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also why did you do that? Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah. Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class. Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!

Physical Requirements:
Be prepared to move! Coaches must be physically active, able to demonstrate exercises, run courses with children, and cheer with high energy throughout 45-minute classes. This role involves frequent lifting, bending, running, and resetting the floor between classes (15-minute turnaround).
