Job Duties:
Greet clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and route phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and faxes.
Assist with data entry and basic document preparation.
Perform routine office tasks (scanning, copying, filing, etc.).
Maintain reception area and conference rooms.
Provide additional support to attorneys and staff as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and well-organized. Strong attention to detail and professionalism. Experience or comfort with MS Office and general office equipment. Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
