Additional Comments:
This internship requires a high level of flexibility, creativity, and collaboration across multiple brands. Interns must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where tasks and priorities may shift based on project needs and upcoming events.
Because much of the work will be done from a home office environment, interns must be comfortable around dogs and cats and must not have pet allergies. There are pets (including dogs and a cat) present in the workspace. In addition, some events—such as markets or vendor fairs—may involve working in spaces where there are numerous animals present, particularly when supporting pet-related brands like Pawsitively Organic and Pawsitive Indulgence.
Most work will be completed in Norman, OK, but travel to events in the Oklahoma City area and surrounding communities will be required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential, as interns may be expected to transport materials, assist with event setup, or attend off-site brand activations, fairs, and pop-up markets.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience across marketing, design, event support, and small business operations. You’ll help build campaigns and promotions for a range of brands—EmpowerMed Sisterhood, CrossBrook Medical, Fortress Flair, Sisters and Sunlight, and others—allowing you to develop a diverse, professional portfolio.
Professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude are essential. You must be comfortable receiving feedback, learning new tools, and taking initiative to support both creative and operational tasks. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about branding, enjoys a challenge, and is excited to see their creative ideas brought to life across real businesses.
