Work Schedule:
6-8 hours a week. We schedule our staff to work OU Football home games. Staff will let us know how many games they would like to work, and we will release the full season's schedule before September. Clock-in time starts six hours prior to kick-off and we are done by kick-off.

Job Duties:
- Staff are expected to attend one paid training prior to the OU home opener.
- Staff are expected to arrive typically 6 hours prior to kick-off for unload and set-up. This changes pending early kick-off times and may be subject to change.
- Staff are expected to lead students through one of four "Learning Stations": 40-Yard Dash, Collisions Station, Vertical Jump Test, and QB Skills. This will be a majority of the hours worked.
- Staff are expected to welcome and interact with families / children.
- Staff are expected to assist in tear-down and loading for departure.
Minimum Qualifications:
Staff must be able to lift 25lbs.
Staff must be able to communicate and interact well with children and families.
Preferred Qualifications:
Engage Learning prefers to hire students majoring in Education or any STEM-related field, but this is not a requirement.

Engage Learning is a family friendly work environment. Staff are offered a bonus cash incentive for both a half-season or full-season worked. Staff are offered and provided a meal during working hours.
