Workshop Description:

This training aims to equip supervisors with the skills and knowledge necessary to support the development of student employees, enabling them to gain valuable work experience and transferable skills, regardless of whether their current job aligns with their academic major. Supervisors will learn how to coach, mentor, and develop students' professional competencies while considering their unique educational and personal backgrounds.
